In my country we have a type of cheese called catupiry, it's very creamy and incredible as the only topping on pizza but it harmonizes very well with almost all other toppings.My favorite combination is with chicken, but since you want it meat free the second best option is catupiry with corn and Parmesan.

I'm sold for a good margherita - must be with fresh basil. Also 4 cheese (or even more cheese) pizza, especially when the sauce is replaced for cheese sauce if you want to feel fatty. If not, good tomato sauce and herbs can do the magic.
Feta cheese and spinach belongs to pancakes, but it's a pretty good combination on pizza too.

Some places mix their garlic into a separate sort of cheese then plop it on amongst the cheese of the pizza. Garlic done right is actual bits of cooked/roasted garlic mixed into the sauce or with the cheese on top, so instead of specific pockets of garlic flavor on top you get a good garlic flavor throughout the pizza.

I had this and their hamburger pizza (ground beef, pickle, lettuce, and mustard that was snuck in there somehow. To this day I have no idea where they put it in because there was no visible mustard anywhere) and thought it was 8/10 good childhood food

Just the sauce and mozzarella with some evoo dripped on is godly, best pizza bar none, personally prefer without basil
eggplant, sunflower seeds, caramelized onions and balsamic reduction on top is pretty good, throw some arugula on top after it's out of the oven for food measure
wild mushrooms + 3 cheeses is amazing, chanterrelles, goat cheese, mozzarella and provlone is amazing
brussel sprouts also works surprisingly well in pizza, the key is to shave them to thin as fuck strips and then throw on pizza, though I only ever made pizza with bacon as well
