I try to get as much as I can from greens and fish as I can, mostly on account of the chicken, pork and beef being comparatively expensive here. 500 grams of cod cheeks ios 89 grams, two tins of tuna is 45, get another 20 from bread, and if I feel like a post-workout shake that's another 40.
