Ok matey allow me to make your day. Order some super glue online, 'KrazyGlue' is what I use. It's not harmful to the skin in anyway, as it was originally designed to be used on skin.
Get your nips hard first, apply glue to entire nipple. Wait a few seconds and it will dry, leaving with hard nips for days.
It will however, start to crumble after a full day though and may be noticeable if your shirt is off. so may want to peel it off after each use.
If you put too much on it will look shiny. If anyone asks, it's a liquid band-aid, as your nips are 'sensitive as fuck'

Better but I don't know if I'd say normal.
It may help but I have improved my posture a bit, I don't think it's the only problem.
I think I'll make an appointment soon enough, hopefully a nurse practitioner knows enough.
