Heyo, commie, when/if you get in: did you build that platform in your garage? If so, did you use a blueprint or just slap it together based on what looked right?

I guess this question applies to anyone else that has built a platform for their home gym. Looking for plans/ideas for a sound-dampening platform. I've found a few models online, but I'm curious about other people's experiences, preferences, etc.

Ive been trying to do 10-15 mins of non stop lunges for cardio, with some static handstand and pull-up work. First week in and i enjoy the sweat/leg pump i get from it but it's been cutting into my lifting, i think i just need to adjust to the volume.


Pros

>don't need to go out into the blazing sun
>don't have to drive 15 min to the gym
>great cardio/volume builder
