Forearms thread faggots

Yeah pretty much. The circumference of my wrist is 6.5 inches, forearms are about double

Can you measure that? Because my wrists are just over 8" and there's pretty clearly a size difference

I gotta find out where I'm at now though

At the gym right now. I rock climb ony spare time, and I used to play varsity tennis. When I flex my forearm a certain way I can get it over 14 inches with a pump for sure. My biceps are sitting around 15" right now. Not sure if this helps but this was me at the top of my bulk

how do you measure your forearms? do you flex them like you were flexing your biceps and then measure? or you keep them 90º degrees like in op photo?
