Set is over when if breaks down. But yeah RPE 9 is good.

Stopped being a bitch and added more weight, I stopped at 575 because I almost got it to depth. 585 to IPF approved depth soon.

Just slingshotted 335x3 at literally rpe 7. Did 315 raw @8.5
Attempting 325. Shoulder feels pretty good
