I run every morning to the gym, followed by a fuckhuge breakfast of around 1200 kcals.
then i do work for the rest of the day and eat lunch and dinner which get me the other 1800 i need.
I always feel like shit afterwards.

soft drinks are expensive as fuck for what they are and not at all good for your teeth.
i'd rather drink water.
as a person who went from skelly to fit to chubby and is now almst back to fit I can tell you it can happen slowly a coke here some cookies there and bam your fat also major lifestyle changes when i left my old job wich I used to bike to i gained 10kg in a year wich im grateful for if i hadnt hit rock bottom i wouldnt have fought so hard to get into the shape of mylife at 30
Years of slow practice. Growing up I was a stringbean and rode my bicycle everywhere. Got married, did the 9-5, didn't have much money to eat right, and definitely didn't have the will power to eat less. I started lifting back in Sep and I think its about time for a cut. Im 6'1" 280 now with a goal of 230.
that poor dog :(
i was relatively thin my whole life
i went into a bulking phase of eating 7-8000kcals CLEAN a day
eat every 2 hours, even if you're not hungry, put down SOMETHING
you get better at it, and really it's not that hard
i was 140lbs 5'10 in high school. not exactly a big guy.
i tried bulking and put on .6 lbs a day on average for 14 days straight. i stopped after realizing my bf % was going up relatively more than i liked.
just eat a lot, many meals throughout the day, force yourself to.
Just work your way up. Count calories.
I'm in the same boat as you
Just space out your meals and they will be more manageable. It's important that you start early. I remember I used to skip breakfast and my first meal at 2 in the afternoon. Now right when I wake up I put 150g of müsli in my bowl with whole fat milk and that's like 800kcal right there in the first hour.
>coke and cookies make you fat
Can we put this in the sticky?
i think thats important, a good point. gets you going for the day, as well.
bulking, i would immediately wake up to a piece of fruit and a protein shake and start cooking eggs
