yessir, or well 13 weeks now, but that pic is 12 weeks in
in the interest of full disclosure, I lift like 6 days a week, (started at 13%bf at 130lb 5'9" skelly) and work at a steakhouse so I eat like 11oz of meat with tons of sweet potatoes literally 5-6 days a week, lots of hardboiled eggs, english muffin and egg breakfast sandwiches, lots of fruit, lots of mass gainer.
But yeah, is it good for 12 weeks in pic? ( and )

If you're new definitely start with a strength routine then change to a hypertrophy orientated workout. Depends where you're at now but I think it's the hypertrophy ones that are going to produce a more noticeable result but to get that sweet gains spot you'll need some sort of base strength

Start with a strength training program my man. The easiest, quickest, most satisfying strength gains you'll make.
Once you feel like you're plateauing due to the program and not external factors (enough rest, diet, etc) then move on to PPL.
I'm starting PPL after doing greyskull for ~6 months, and I've made impressive strength gains, as I started out as a skellington.
they'll never learn. that's why they won't make it. that's why at 12 weeks in I look like I've been lifting for ages.
you have to want it. and want it for the right reasons.

3x8-12 triceps pushdowns SS 3x15-20 lateral raises

Push/Pull/Legs, twice a week. Do heavy compound/powerlifing movements first, and donr be afraid of volume for accessories.
