I know I look terrible: trying to get some size but either I'm not eating enough of the right foods or my routine is inadequate (or both)

fuck a cut I'm trying to look thick, solid, tight, etc.

my numbers are pathetic: can barely DL 3 plates, squat 2, bench 1, etc.
