Post your routine and get r8ed
Also, is PPL the best routine?

I just farted in my hand and smelled it

If you have to ask if PPL is the best routine, then it's probably not for you.

>Monday and Friday
5X5 Deadlift
5X5 Dumbbell bent over row
5X5 Dumbbell shoulder press
>Wednesday
5X5 Squats
5X5 Barbell Bench Press
2X as many as you can pull ups (only 10, 44 pounds with assist machine)

So, yes?

I do ppl 6 days on 1 days off
Push A
>bench
>seated ohp
>dips
>cable crosses
>tri extensions
>db lat raises

Pull A
>diddy
>chin ups
>rows
>shrugs
>barbell curls
>cable reverse fly

Legs A
>squat
>DDRs
>leg press
>reverse hyperextension
>leg curl
>calf raises

Push B
>the press
>incline bench
>close grip bench
>machine fly
>tricep pushdown
>cable lat raises

Pull B

>barbell rows
>pull ups
>1 arm rows
>incline db curl
>machine reverse fly

Legs B
>front squat
>romanian deadlifts
>hip thrusts
>db lunges
>leg extensions
>leg raises

For how long?

Also after each workout, three sets of leg lifts, 3 sets of 20 crunches, and 30 minutes of fast jogging.

>being this stupid

What the fuck is wrong with those questions

Ah shit im on my phone
Hold on

First workouts are 5x15
Then deload to 80% and rep until muscle failure
Second workouts are 3x25
Third 3x30
Last workouts 5x50

fwiw I deeply regret wasting 6 months on a ppl instead of a real program

Even if it's a ppl make sure there is a reasonable progression if you trust yourself to not fuck it up

You'll fuck it up tho. Just sayin

>6x15 stomach crunch machine
>7x10 bicep curl machine
>3x15 leg extensions

>3x20 lat pulldowns
>3x20 pulley rows

>3x20 lateral raises
>3x20 seated dumbbell press
>3x20 cable pushdowns
>3x20 close-grip bench press

Once I'm finished, I do a few quick stretching exercises to cool down. I then take a quick hot shower and apply a water activated gel cleanser on my face and clean myself with a honey almond body scrub. Afterwards, I carefully shave my face and apply an alcohol-free aftershave lotion (alcohol dries your skin).

this has to be bait

specially the shower part

No shit, sherlock

its from american psycho

...

well memed .

fuck

>four tricep exercises and three chest exercises on push days
>two types of rows on pull b
Such a waste of time and energy. PPL a shit

fullbody linear progression, been making hella gains

A.
OHP 3x5 (sometimes do my 3rm to maintain progression, once i stall to the point deloadoing wont save me, i am swapping this out for push press)
Weighted chin 3x5 (some days i swap the third set out for bodyweight pull up variatioms - as long as it doesnt interfere with muh progression)
Deadlift 2x3 (not always, but usually)

B.
Bench 2x4-6, 2x8-10 (used to do 3x5 but i felt i needed more volume, somfar my progression is unimpeded)
Row 3x5
Hip thrust 3x5 (sometimes the last set is swapped out for jumping back squat 2x5-8)

Basically gslp only with hip thrusts, and starting strength style progression.

Aren't leg extensions terrible for the knees? That's what I've heard.

don't go all the way down and don't go all the way up stop before you get to both places

>not having read american classic literature
why are you even alive?

SS about to move on to Texas Method

>for gains

Everyday:
>Pushups 2x25
>Diamond pushups 2x20
>Wide push-up 2x20
>Pull Up 3x5 (can't reach more at the moment, trying to reach 3x25)
>Chin ups rarely but I do the same as pull ups
>Trying to get into handstand pushups but I can barely hold myself right now
>Dips: 2x20 so far, trying to reach 3x25

I need to get back into cardio (jumping rope mainly because I hate running outside) but overall I'm trying to achieve the best results with bodyweight
>Inb4 Veeky Forums is hatin' because I'm not going to the gym

I do some ab stuff 2 - 3 days a week too. I don't give a shit what you think about my phone.
