BF% estimate thread

BF% estimate thread.

i started using calipers and i want to know if i am doing it correctly. so i would like a few different people to estimate my BF%.

16-17%

Also, you seem a bit lopsided,mate. What does your workout plan look like? ( not trying to be a dick)

definately around 15 to 16 %

calipers gave me 12% il just add 3% to that next times i do it.

iam gonna make another photo and see what happened.

okay so you guys are right i am lopsided. i had not noticed yet before. i actively tried to relax my right shoulders more and it helped a lot. i have no idea why i am putting constant tensing in my right shoulder.

well my goal is 10%BF but with my genetics id say i would need to be 8% to get to otter mode, so it evens out.)

i am doing a regular 3 day full body program

/fit's perspective on bodyfat is a bit skewed upwards anyway. id say its in between Veeky Forums and your calipers so 13%

Bit less than 13%, do repeats on the calipers and take the average of the 3 readings

You're around 10-12 just don't have a lot of mass on you.

if you use the computer a lot, mouse placement can contribute to that

Former fatty, trimmed down from 275 to 215. Goal is 190. Bf%/ will I make it?
