Oh, fuck off shitter. I've cut twice on 1300-1400kcal. First time I lost 16kg in 3 months, the second time 20kg in 3.5 months. I have a 1400 total currently. There's absolutely nothing wrong with that if you get enough protein and fat in.

I am also a grill (145,5 pounds) and even eating less then 1200 cal and desu i am feeling so much more awake and can concentrate a lot better than like i did half a year ago where i ate like 2200 cal a day. But maybe it's just the change in my overall life style. Back then i was just eating Pizza, Fries, Chips and stuff like this while today my diet consits of like 90% veggies/fruits/stuff

What I meant by "1200" cals is retarded amounts lower that you know you will fail because you have no willpower to continue. It's just that 1200 is the most common number people throw around (as evidenced by people getting mad that I dare say that). Hell that guy who was eating 4 boxes of oats a day was on "1200" cals. It's the magic number of huge calorie cuts that people can't maintain. I could have just as easily said 300 or 600 like I saw someone suggesting today, but 1200 is the magic number that seems to stand for any huge cut.

To reiterate. There's nothing wrong with 1200 if you can maintain it, or it's what you should be using. It's just that most of these "get fit quick" schemes fall around that number even if there's zero way they can manage that.

I am just not eating any meat that doesn't mean I don't try to maintain a balanced diet. And I am eating just around 1200 cal because I don't really have time for more then 3 meals a day and snacks don't really do it for me because i am bearly hungry between my meals. I tried to get more cal into my diet but it somehow didn't felt right and i was again getting tired much faster. But i guess you can also just survive on 1200 cal of chicken or eggs. No need for you to get so upset.

Well I'm not tired and I don't find it hard to stick to, then again I eat a lot of protein (turkey, chicken, etc) so I'm sure that is why I stay full. I'm also not trying to get fit quick, I am changing my lifestyle and eating cleaner.

Grill here too but I'm like a true womanlette ya 5'1 on a good day. Started out at 163 now down to 136. I took a year fucking around, not being consistent and stepped up my game since March (143lbs). Now I'm planning to be in the lower 130's by June. JUST don't eat as much. I'm also severely depressed so I have to force myself to eat. I drink like 4/5 beers a night as well. So it is possible just basically don't eat for fun only nutrition.

I don't eat meat since I was sixteen years old because of ethical reasons. I was saying to myself i will start to eat meat again once i learn how to hunt for myself. And Cucumbers, Bell Peppers and Tomatoes are also fruits if you put it this way and i am sure they don't really contain that much sugar.
