Started going to the gym and cutting 1 month ago.
Lost 5kg already, now at 77kg/185cm.
Should I start bulking or get rid of more fat first?
Also, when bulking while going to the fitness 3 times a week, should one eat the TDEE+500 only on days I went to the fitness and TDEE on the others? Or everyday TDEE+500? (would like to bulk with no or minimum fat gain.)
