All you need to do is fucking eat big

If you start off with a dirty bulk you will gain alot more fat than muscle, when you cut you will look exactly the same as you were before. Clean bulking is best for skeletons.

I think I fucked my weight loss up, lots of unhealthy methods.
Now I've got stretch marks, loose skin and still a flab pouch at the front.
But other parts are getting too skelly for my liking. Shoulder blades sticking far out the back, ribs instead of obliques ect.

I think this is what they call skinnyfat but it's goddamn horrible. I need to put weight on everywhere except my stomach.

Before I learned about working out I actually ate myself up to 150lbs but gained no muscle. Got sick for two months. Fell down to 130lbs and have been working out for daily since 4/1. I'd like to get to 150-160lbs.

Am exactly same. I don't know if I should still lose weight or get big :(

Came out a 1month intense cut.
Wanted to coast on maintenance for a while before diving back in but I noticed some muscular imbalance.
Making some slow gains again atm.

Everyday, every meal I worry about becoming a fat sack of shit.
But you gotta eat man, gotta at least maintain them gains.
Then you think about the gains and get paranoid about adequate intake and muscle loss.
Pig out to be sure your at a surplus.
Fast out of guilt to be sure you don't get fat.

Been like this for how long? 5 years now.
Never gets any easier.

I hate working out daily.
Feels good on the one hand because you want to do something, but your lifts turn to shit and you get burnt out real quick.

Drop the weight, your body can produce more fat cells but it can't get rid of them they just shrink.
The more fat cells you have the easier it is to store fat.
Also, you risk having loose skin issues if you get too big before eventually cutting.

Either you're a lying manlet or you gained 30 pounds of pure fat. I'm 6'0 178lbs and look leaner than you.
