Im no vegan, but I did play around on MyPlate and see if I could make something work. It wasnt as hard as people make it out to be. I was "eating" peanut butter and banana sandwiches, pancakes, vegan sausage, tofu kung pao, lentil and carrot "stew", hemp protein powder, nuts, berries, coconut milk. Shit it was up to like 3.5k calories. Protein is hard to get up but playing around there it was at like 190 grams. Would be expensive as fuck to buy all that shit I imagine though.

beans and rice can easily make some high kcal dishes. tasty as fuck. pastas too
i eat meat a few times a week ( dont care that much for it) but I could definitely live without

Actually if you eat each day ike 100 grams of everyone of these: Lentils, chickpeas, rice, quinoa, beans and oats per day you are buling and geting quite a lot of protons.

1kg of frozen vegetables are 30 grams more

Then some nuts and youa re probably on 4k calories and more protein that you need.

Some tofu if you are scared about muh gains and good to go

I'm currently on 3600 calories, around 160 preoteins. Wouldn't consider it "bulking", I really don't want to get fat cause I fucking hate cutting.

I don't include animal products on my everyday diet so could help you out.
