Actually if you eat each day ike 100 grams of everyone of these: Lentils, chickpeas, rice, quinoa, beans and oats per day you are buling and geting quite a lot of protons.
1kg of frozen vegetables are 30 grams more
Then some nuts and youa re probably on 4k calories and more protein that you need.
Some tofu if you are scared about muh gains and good to go
I'm currently on 3600 calories, around 160 preoteins. Wouldn't consider it "bulking", I really don't want to get fat cause I fucking hate cutting.
I don't include animal products on my everyday diet so could help you out.
