Because i can only do a couple sets of pullups before i burn out tfw 6'4 195 lanky monkey arms. so i train lat pulldowns because i can only do 2-3 sets of pullups 6 on a good day. Ive never done a pistol squat in my life family. Ive always had narurally big legs so the only thing I do for them is the stationary bike. Crazy pump and awesome cardio. Its easier mentally for me to tackle than running as well

I think that you lack the proper technique to make good pull up gains. I see lots of people going for a pull up with their arms going put to the front, and not to the sides, and with their back hollow instead of clenched. Basically, use your lats, traps and back instead of arms.
