Just made a bowl of oatmeal with milk, an egg and some honey. Good shit

I do 50% rolled oats and 50% oat bran with semi skimmed milk.

1/2 cup of the oats and bran + 1 cup of semi skimmed milk. After that add either cocoa, cinnamon, yogurt, fruit, cottage cheese. Literally whatever you want.

Filling and the most versatile shit. Nectar of the gods.
