If I bring my shoulders completely forward at my setup, my ROM is literally inches, its insane, long arms and short torso. Is it worth it?
I'm working on it. Way too many years of manual work means I've got a pretty good work capacity but also a tendency to get banged up real fast if I'm not taking care of myself.

I do lateral raises, rear delt flies and bicep curls after every session. Always had a big back so only to back works when he prescribes it. I think that a rear delt isolation is more important that chins for aesthetics though

Since April 2015. I started out cutting down to that skeleton picture above and have either been bulking or eating at maintenance since. Going to keep bulking up to 195 over the next 6 months or so, then cut down to 183ish to compete at 83kgs.

Wew lad I thought Sheiko took forever already just with the squat/bench/deadlift and few accessories.
That shit would take me 3+ hours likely. I don't mind lengthy sessions, I just want to make sure all that extra accessory work doesn't fuck with my recovery.
I'll likely end up alternating chins and curls and do some Seated rowing + lat raises. I already replaced push ups with OHP and triceps are already prescribed on the cycle I'm doing.
When I was doing squat, bench and deadlift plus accessories it helped reduce time by only resting for 2-3 minutes MAX.
I would never rest between warm-up sets either, only the final max set.
This cut time by a lot and improved my conditioning.

You should be doing your VD sets without much technical issue, and I think you should allow yourself SOME degree of breakdown in your ID sets. If you feel it's too much, you can periodise so that you're hitting lighter weights on ID, say 10 or 8 rep maxes. Then go back to fives and triples.

Don't know about that. But I'd imagine Cuckols 3x is faster progression than Sheiko, which if you're on TM you should be able to sustain.
