I don't seem to be losing pounds but I do seem to be slimming down a slight bit.
My diet consists of around 4-7 hundred calories a day. No soda and a gallon of water everyday.
Due to my work schedule and my girlfriend's work schedule I can only work in about an hour or two at the gym everyday, but I try to take a run when I get home. My gym day consists of various arm, back, core and leg workouts and a lot of cardio.
I've been shitting a LOT less and PISSING CONSTANTLY.
Uhhhhh that's about it.
I forgot to mention it the other times I posted, I've also given up smoking. Did so around the time I started this.
See y'all next time.

>400-700 calories a day Unless you're 4'11 that is too far under maintenance and you're gonna fuck up your metabolism. Even if you drop the weight you want you'll just look like shit OP.

If you're not losing MULTIPLE POUNDS per day on a 700 calorie diet as a tall overweight male who is doing cardio who just started dieting, you're doing something wrong.
I'm gonna assume the problem is with your weigh-in style and that long term you will actually see weight loss. For now make sure you're weighing yourself right after you wake up and piss, before you drink any water or do cardio or eat breakfast.

>My diet consists of around 4-7 hundred >an hour or two at the gym everyday a big mistake people make when trying to lose weight is going extremely hard in the first months and end up burning themselves up and go right back to old habits.
