I was talking about the fact that I'm cutting and still doing heavy, intense, high volume lifting, which he said not to do. But at the same time I'm seeing progress and feeling good despite that, unlike someone who might be feeling overworked and fatigued. So I was wondering if I should just keep it going then.
I've been eating at least 500 calories below what I use and I don't feel weak or have any trouble moving or lifting, just a little hungry all the time.
Eat better foods that keep you HIGH ENERGY like oats and chicken and vegetables and stuff.
