I don't really follow a routine, but I'll sum up my last two workouts.
Saturday -
Flat Bench - 5x5-8
back squat - 5x5-8
incline DB flies - 4x8-10
low cable crossover - 4x8-10
weighted dips - 4x8-10
Sunday -
pull-ups/weighted pull-ups - I have no idea how many, I think I did about 10 sets of 6x12 reps, different grips, weights, etc...
seated cable row, close-gripped - 5x5-10
lat pull-down - 5x5-10
rear delt cable flies 5x8-10 superset with alternating DB curls, 5x8-10
BB preacher curls 5x8-10 superset with calf machine 5x12-16
Since winter is coming I am planning on starting sheiko's 4-day, as I need to hit 3pl8 bench and 5pl8 DL and this seems like the best program to achieve that.
I'm natty, most I take is whey, creatine and PWO. I'm 30 years old, I've been lifting for a pretty long time, but I really didn't know what I was doing for the majority of that time.
I have this picture from February 2015, which is basically when I started doing squats and deadlifts (started StrongLifts). I had never done either of those lifts before then.
What do you think my bf% is?
