If you are not going to roid, is there any reason to supplement with anything besides whey/multi/fish oil/creatine ?

I drink plenty of coffee before a workout to get a nice buzz going. Otherwise I don't touch the stuff. It hasn't lost the effect but if it does I'll just abstain from it for a couple of months.

Seeds, nuts, meat, chicken and beans have zinc in them. D3 is a good supplement if you live in the north, I get no sunlight at all. The sun rises at 10 am and settles after 3 pm, I spend that time at work.

I noticed that I wasn't as exhausted during the last reps when I work out. It was nice but not worth the price of creatine if you ask me.
I also had some wild dreams which was fun.
