Still a DYEL!

I've been consitently working out 5-6 days a week and eating +4000 calories everyday for two years. I'm still DYEL, my one rep maxes are stuck at 0.5/1.5/1.75/2 plates. Will i ever make it?

Youre lying.

>I reached this stats on a 1000 cal deficit in 3 months
Op what the fuck are you eating?

Genetics?

>quality bait this is Opey

4000 calories, and they're all from alcohol, because you must be drunk to think we're dumb enough to take this low quality bait.

bad b8 m8, not gr8

OP here, this is not bait, everything in that post is true, i was just looking for some advice on gaining muscle.

weak fucking faget

bullshit, youre not eating 4000+kcals

Poor b8 m8

hard to give advice when you don't post your current routine

Height and weight?

post routine and diet

196cm 80kg

monday: shoulder, chest
tuesday: legs, back
wednesday: triceps, bicep
thursday: legs, shoulders
friday: chest, triceps
saturday: bicep, back
i alternate between reps days and heavy days

i eat pasta and ground beef with tomato sauce twice a day

Nobody cares faggot. Use a food scale and actually track your calories. If you're not gaining weight, eat more. Get off your meme routine and get on some real shit.

SS + GOMAD

POST PICS MADAFAKA

>i eat pasta and ground beef with tomato sauce twice a day
Eat that four times a day.

whats the name of the boy in op ?

can u show me a good schedule?

never seen a more retarded routine, just do either fbw or some normal human bean split and not this piece of shit

Okay, let's just assume you're telling the truth. You've consistently worked out with a good routine, and a caloric surplus for two years with no gains.

Go to the doctor and get your test levels checked. You have low test. If not, then you're lying to yourself about your training, diet, or both

At this point you could consider getting tested or looked at for some genetic problems.

Either that or your routine and diet are completely wrong and you're a dumbass.

Was thinking more along the lines of your sets/reps, cause it sounds like you do hi rep which is not going to give you the mass you're looking for.
Also like said, you need to track your calories until you had the meal so many times you can just calculate it with your brain
I would switch the pasta with beans btw.
