Im in the situation now where I've only slept with 6 girls excluding my gf, and i feel like I am missing out since I'm more attractive since I started lifting. However, I don't want to break up with my gf of 2 years as she is wife material. FeelsBadMan,jpeg

Didn't get any reply in another thread so I am posting this here.

I've been working out for about 6-7 months right now and I would like some opinions on my physique, what should I improve, etc.
Currently bulking and gained 36 lbs since I started working out.

5'9 @ 180
Ohp - 110x5
Bp - 180x5
Squat - 205x5
Dl - 245x5
Current goals are to cut to 170/165 then lean bulk back to 180

Pic on left is @ 238. The time between these 2 pictures was not well regulated and I'm disgusted at the time span vs the progress I've made.
I was down to 160 at one point, but just a gross skinny fat. Then I got fat again and got my ass to the gym. I've only been lifting for about a year and took some time off when my mom passed away.

No shit you look gross you are carrying like 100 lbs of fat. You need to cut way below 160, step it up. You know how to beat skinny fat? Cut and become skinny. Simple?

I've been lifting for 3 months now and everyone is noticing my gainz and saying im getting big. Are they bullshiting me or am i really making visibly impressive progress?
