Well I was injured and didn't lift from April to October so that would probably explain why I look the same as a year ago.
As far as bench goes, I have a 6'10" wingspan so I can't be fucked to care about muh lifts.

Labrum tear in my hip. Fucking sucked because just getting out of my car caused debilitating pain all day. Took forever to heal because it was constantly inflamed. Saw docs, PTs and all they said was more rest.
While gains have definitely slowed down (165 to 235 over 3 years) I think I still have a ways to go.
Maybe someday, would have to start cycling or be like 20% body fat.

I'm 3 weeks into religiously doing SL and eating about 3200 calories/day. I've noticed a mass increase in my legs but that's about it. Should I add something to SL? I don't want to get 2 months in and still have no noticeable upper body gains.
