what would end up happening on no fap, is that the seminiferous tubules get filled up with sperm and at a certain pint, regulatory pathways will cause down regulation of receptors and negative feedback reactions on autocrine hormonal pathways ------>>> the balls essentially sense that they are filled up to the brim with sperm and will cause the spermatic cell division to slow down, unfortunately testosterone production by the leydig cells which are interlinked with spermatic cell production, will slow down too ----->>>>> less testosterone in your body

would you say the decrease in test is anything significant that will impact my gainz?

My state of health has improved after introducing myself to the keto-diet.

some people just lose all sex drive in nofap and their dick stops working i doubt its cause by more test

you can find substitutes for libido and be highy industrious, creative, or orderly..
but the ability to regain libido almost never vanishes completely.

i saw some guys that said their test levels decreased after nofap and some say they went up but both had pretty low t levels i also heard some people say their gyno goes away when they are on nofap for a while

So what would you say is optimal?

i heard alot of things too, is there a study done about this subject though? something with replicable results?

i would say fapping once every 2 days would be a good healthy pace
