how do i stop drinking milk I drink half a liter per day for as long as i can remember.
I've been eating 1000 less calories per day but my dumb ass will not get up unless I drink it in the morning before I'm even coherent. I intake about 400 calories in milk per day wtf.

Ignore the 20% memer. Possibly, but post your stats. Why do people think it's okay to ask questions without posting stats? If you're a fat fuck and need to lose weight fast it's very likely you should do a -1000.
400 kcals aren't that much, you can just eat 400 kcals less food and be fine. Or you can replace milk with another white liquid that's healthier and contains no calories.
