Did you skip leg day?

There's a guy at my gym with legs that look like that but he squats 275 lbs and i've seen him do calf raises too.

I did skip legs by accident last week, but my calves and thighs are fuckin massive really so I'll be okay.

I'm not even that much of a fat fuck, bout 200 pounds, but my weight is all in my legs.

Just don't lift more than 350lbs noob

Can a strenuous 3 hour hike replace leg day in the gym?

haven't squatted since january, and it feels great

(squatted for 6 years without missing a week before that)

that's exactly the opposite, most of Veeky Forums has some lower body development and no upper body because they're still in their novice phase doing SS/GSLP/whatever

I like all leg exercises, I'd much rather never do ohp or deadlift ever again
