I'm not saying the practical application won't work, I'm doing IF myself, it's just that the "science" behind it is complete garbage. You cannot circumvent CICO.

i don't see how you can be doing IF and think that it's difficult to fast. is your diet full of simple carbs?

trying to cut, I already just eat one balanced, normal meal at lunch, my problem specifically is gorging myself on bread or worse at dinner time. I don't snack.
