bodyweight squats will help you build up your base, from there unfortunately you just need to use babby weight and keep upping, once you are able to use a weight that would have been your previous max in terms of raw strength you should have built extra raw strength so it will be higher but not compared to the time it took to get there if you would have been using that higher weight but it's still nice

If my sleep routine goes as the following:
Day 1 - 5h
Day 2 - 9h
Day 3 - 5h
Day 4 - 9h

Is it ok or will my workouts and muscle growth suffer because the lack of sleep one day.

test peaks in average man 7 days after not fapping, close to those seven days for before and after it's elevated but if i remember correctly after that it kinda just stays level

not fucked, reverse progress will happen you have to deal with it but 10lbs of bodyweight isn't 10lbs of muscle, not even close, if the time it takes to be sick (2 week smaybe at most) even with a compromised body unless you starve yourself loosing even 4lbs of muscle is hard to fathom

Someone explain cutting to me.

You can't gain muscle on a cut, so is the only reason you work out is to shock the body into losing the fat and not the muscle?

If that's the case then say your legs got too big on your bulk compared to your upper body, is there a point in doubling the the amount of upper body workout volume and halving my lower body volume? If the muscle is already made during the cut, would doing this change my frame to be more upper body dominant?

personally I think 8 hours should be every day, if you can help it just do 8 a day, as far as severly effecting muscle gains directly probably not but atleast for me it effects workout/motivation which can have notable effects on gains, and increase recovery time which can lead to less gym time by choice

Is p90x worth the time and money or is it just a big fuckin meme?

I mean, my previous max was a little over twice my bw, so I don't see myself getting there any time soon. 6 months in a wheel chair and having to relearn how to walk will fuck your gains up pretty bad. Thank you for the advice, guess body weight squats and babby weight box squats it is

The only exercise you need to do is leg press.

And instead of eating a "nutritous meal" after ur workout, ur going to want to get some eggs, flour, sugar and whatever else you need to BAKE A CAKE. Your going to want to eat the whole cake before the day is over. Eating an actual CAKE will transform your butt to being more CAKE!
