Iodine is hard to consume through diet unless you regularly eat seaweed and it's necessary for a shit load of body functions and pretty much prevents any thyroid problem.

i recommend a L-arginine/citrulline combination over just arg, for whatever use youre trying to get out of it

also watch the zinc dosage, if youre getting a lot of dietary zinc at well youre setting yourself up for a copper deficiency which will be counterproductive
