cut and go to the gym

once you reach 20% BF bulk for half a year

then cut again to 15-20%

Been going to the gym for around 6 months now, and so far have lost 40 pounds, still have a ways to go but at least I'm having a shit ton of fun on this journey.. never taken my shirt off at the beach or in public before so I'm keen to get to a stage where I'm comfortable doing that.
