Controlled bulk. 0.8 - 1.2 grams of protein per lb body weight
.4 grams of healthy fat per lb of body weight
Fill in the rest with complex carbs. Eat 15% over your TDEE. 10% if the fat is coming on too fast. You don't look bad, but you've got a lot of gains your could be making. Do you have a solid routine that focuses on progressive tension overload?

I was following the Texas Method but quit due to fat gain (69kg 19bf%). I moved back to a modified Reg Parks beginners routine in the meantime. I like heavy compounds but might a hypertrophy routine a chance. Any suggestions?

Do heavy compounds early on, move on to medium/higher rep sets(6-10) as you go further in your workout. Get the best of both worlds.
