Everyone knows that incline benching is the key to an aesthetic chest. OHP is the key to delts, and both hit your triceps harder than flat bench. So why even bother with it?

Also, flat is objectively better. You get the same clavicular pec activation but higher sternocostal activation. Doing incline is only viable if you also do a shitton of dips.
