What are good ab isolations? I always neglect my core and it shows when I try to cut. Also, any critiques are always appreciated.

Do abs before you work legs.

Didn't notice the 'on our way' one, but the king of fit one is always shit posting, and the main one is at 280 replies.

You should definitely make a point to isolate Traps, you would look beastly if they popped more. You're god damn enormous though so really just nitpicking.

What's stopping you from turning in natty card and taking advantage of your genetics?

Ab pulldowns are great, I started doing them 3 months ago, lifting for 9.

Your abs look really strange. Aside from that, you have a pretty nice physique. Nothing super special but much above average.

I just don't care enough about it to spend money and commit to using sterons. Don't ever plan on competing, I just enjoy lifting as a hobby.

Will work on traps, that pose isn't great for them though.
