What are good ab isolations? I always neglect my core and it shows when I try to cut. Also, any critiques are always appreciated.

You should definitely make a point to isolate Traps, you would look beastly if they popped more. You're god damn enormous though so really just nitpicking.

I just don't care enough about it to spend money and commit to using sterons. Don't ever plan on competing, I just enjoy lifting as a hobby.

all my family is scrawny and I have been skinny my whole life until recently.

Hope to be able to bench around 150 by end of summer.

Doc said lift or surgery. I'm a broke shit so lifting it is. I also lost 35 lbs. I was 170 then switched to keto and now I don't have a belly lol. Doc said just make sure you get good form and it should be ok.

deadlift you want flat shoes, or just go barefoot. Squats it helps to have lifting shoes if your ankle mobility is bad, which is likely is since you aren't in shape.

What forearm isolations should I do? Right now all I do are weighted chins but they don't seem to be helping too much

Not the original responder, but heavy deadlifts, shrugs and farmer walks work wonders.

I do heavy deadlifts regularly but those barely do anything for me, and I do farmers once a week or so, I usually go for distance over weight though. Does going heavier for short distance work forearms better?

You have some really solid legs.
Your overall upper body looks good and don't worry about forearms, they are in proportion, just give it some time and keep up the good work.

Dude hold the heaviest Fucking shit you can for as long as you can. Do curl variations and always at least 3 sets of reverse grip cable(forearm) curls isolating with a very short rom where you only feel it in your forearms.
