I understand. I got fat as a kid on meds and a shit fat family life. Became anorexic. Sub 100 at 5'4" (lowest in normal range is 108-110. Was closer to 80 than normal) gained back a ton of weight. Currently chub/thick/fat but eating disorders ruined my body. No muscle, all skin and fat.

Only lifting will save me.
