Then at least go to a clinical lab and get an urine test, see your creatinine levels, those are the indicator of the level of damage in your kidneys. The more elevated it is, the worse.
Also, check the color of your urine yourself, it should be a very clear tone of yellow.
If it's orange, dark or if it leaves bubbles in the toilet water, that means you have some degree of kidney damage.
My pee is clear yellow and not orange dark or foamy. Maybe it's not so bad then?
I had something like that too, but it wasn't on my kidneys. It was in the adrenal glands. The culprit was caffeine. I was drinking a lot of Coke Zero. Stopped drinking it, the pain stopped.

Stop it right fucking now. At times, the pain in my back was so severe, I thought I was about to pass a stone. When I went to the doctor, he said it was in the adrenal glands. The back pain is because the adrenal glands support the back muscles, so when the glands need to work a lot (because you're drinking a lot of caffeine), the muscles around it collapse, and that's where the pain comes from.
Really, stop drinking Coke. Caffeine, specially 4l of Coke Zero per day, will kill you.
