She contacted me and yea if you set your privacy settings correct anyone else with similar genetics can see your name. So what? It doesn't show the full genetic code just what parts you're both from and what similar genetics you do have

I don't think 23andme offers medical reports anymore. They had problems with the FDA because of it.
