1 cup of cooked long white rice : 200 calories 4.4g protein
500ml of milk : 250 calories, 14g protein
half cup of oats : 150 calories, 6g protein
2 tbsp of coconut oil : 240 calories
2 tbsp of peanut butter : 200 calories and 7g protein
2 tbsp of chocolate powder : 80 calories and 1g protein
sugar to the taste
Vanilla
Cinnamon
if you are wondering about why i use cooked rice, well i used for calories and it doesnt taste bad, flavor is similar to oats when mixed with milk

im going to bulk so im going to take this shake in the morning with breakfast and my massgainer after workout, its going to be 4000- 4500 cals a day
