I know in my case, I got an effective treatment for ADD. Then immediately started working out, exercising, and dieting. Because all of a sudden I could. It was like my body was a car stuck in neutral. I'd gotten good use out of it, but If I needed it to do anything I really had do get out and push. Getting treatment was like suddenly being able to shift it into gear and drive.

How low can you drop your calorie intake? Websites recommend 1700 or so for me. Would it be safe to drop it down to 1200-1500?
