Symmetric Strength

I actually have never tried to go super heavy on rows. And somehow i dont see how it should correlate anterior delts, pecs and triceps strenght with posterior delts, biceps, romboids and traps.
I weight 75kg, how much do you weight?
And this is how my legs look like. Do you have hueg abductors that rub each other? That is actually the reason i stoped heavy squating.

Yeah sorta. I used to have thigh gap and it went away a long time ago. It doesn't bother me though, maybe I'm used to it.
