Whats there to hate about this? Try it out or post your face. Clearly you have nothing to lose. What it takes like 3 minutes to complete half of the shit in the OP, you cant do that while resting between sets? I feel muscle fatigue specially in underneath my chin, I hope this may help tighten that space.
