Can anyone prove with VIDEO EVIDENCE that barbell deadlifts can cause SPINAL injury?
I think the evidence is the 10 million people who have hurt their back/slipped a disc because they lifted something wrong
but whatever fuck form lol
As long as your form is right and you're not using excessive amount of weight, you should be more than fine.
>NEVER do deadlifts because I'm terrified of snapping my back
>really want to get more compound full body workouts in my routine
>start deadlifting
really paranoid now
I'm not lifting that heavy since im still worried, never pushed myself yet with deadlifting
how can I tell if my form is bad?
>how can I tell if my form is bad?
when you snap
This is unbelievably painful to watch
The only back injuries I've ever seen attributed to deadlifting are disk issues which typically aren't felt in earnest until sometimes as much as a few days after aggravating it. Not the type of thing you would see a video of, as it doesn't happen suddenly during a lift.
Fuck you faggot, it's common sense that DL can cause serious spinal injury.
Ducking Google it yourself I'm not gonna do your research for you
