if you eat really clean, sleep a lot, do a great routine, push yourself in the gym and take creatine, fish oil and Vitamin D, THEN consider taking zma

Multi, D, ZMA and fish oil together.

I normally drink milk late at night ~1 hour before i lay down, which actually disrupts zinc absorption, other than it not really being necessary i agree it def made a difference in my quality of sleep when i did take it.

Why not just take zinc though?
