I would say you are relying too much on lightning and flexing to accentuate your physique for any proper opinion on your definition to be made. bruce lee was very small but very cut so definition is basically the only thing to compare

keep protein high and calories low. eat veggies to fill up.

hit new prs on body weight and go from pullups to muscleups ect. progress that way. also work on core exercises.
