What specificially should I be eating to cut body fat? I mainly eat rice chicken and meat and thats it, what should i avoid what should eat?

What should my sleeping schedule be like? 9 PM bed, 5 AM wakeup?

keep protein high and calories low. eat veggies to fill up.

hit new prs on body weight and go from pullups to muscleups ect. progress that way. also work on core exercises.
