I like scrambled eggs on toast with half can of tuna.
When the eggs are done I add the tuna and mix with 2 scoops of mayonnaise.
Salt and pepper. Toast optional.
It sounds disgusting but it's pretty tasty desu.

baked tilapia, asparagus & rice.

Get a crock pot and a rice cooker. Through some chicken in. Cook some jasmine rice. Microwave some frozen broccoli

Get a cast iron skillet
>chicken breast
>curry powder, cayenne, black pepper, other spices to taste
>oil
>rub chicken with spices
>saute
>chop a garlic clove or two
>brown garlic over low heat in the oil you used for the chicken, add more if necessary
>saute kale, okra, collards, broccoli, or other greens in the oil
>add black pepper and salt (a little goes a long way here) to taste
>delicious, nutritious meal backbone for not a lot of money or time investment
>only one pan

a good trick I learned from Japanese TV:
>make rice
>scramble egg
>pour egg onto cooked rice
with veggies that's a good snack

>or be a real man and learn to use a charcoal BBQ, you can really control your macros that way

Yellow split pea. Cook as per instructions, then cook some more until you get chowder-y/thick soup consistency. Add slat, pepper, garlic and marjoram.

Poached eggs as optional extra.

>Garlic chicken and turkey meatloaf weekdays (gym days)
>A large bowl of chicken and tuna salad which I eat throughout the day plus a preworkout shake with some oats and a cheat meal on Fridays (also gym day)
>turkey burger, baked tilapia, and some pumpkin pie with vanilla whey mixed into it (saturday and sunday)

egg white omelette everyday for breakfast

Spend a couple hours at the start of the month making a month/s worth of the garlic chicken, turkey meatloaf, turkey burgers, tilapia and pumpkin pie and freezing them. They are all quick and easy to make. The omelette takes like 5 minutes every morning and the chicken and tuna salad uses canned chicken and canned tuna and takes like 5 minutes to make the sauce and mix it with the meat once a week. I spend very little time cooking and always have something delicious to eat. There's enough variety that I don't get sick of it, and you only have to calculate your macros once since you have the same food every day. Cheat meal on Friday helps a lot with variety and not getting sick of eating the same thing. At the end of the month, when the food runs out, can change anything you like.

>Cook some jasmine rice
Jasmine rice gives you diabetes. Eat basmati rice.

Breakfast
A. 4 egg omelet with spinach, 1 slice wheat bread (toasted), 1 measured cup milk, 1 banana

B. Overnight oats: Equal parts oats/milk then add flax meal, peanut or almond butter, cinnamon and nutmeg to taste. Stir bigly. Set in fridge for a minimum of 6 hours. Add banana and cacao nibs then stir again before eating.

Lunch:

A. Chicken breast (4oz minimum), veggies, rice and broton shake

B. Chicken breast (4oz minimum) lettuce, feta, cucumber, carrots, 1 whole avocado.

C. Avocado toast: 2 to 4 boiled eggs + 1 avocado mashed to pulp - spread on whole grain bread with salt and pepper. Proton shake. (I find 2 eggs to 1 avocado is the best ratio for me, so that's 2 eggs + 1 avocado, and I just eat the other two boiled eggs)

Dinner:

Fish (salmon for me), Chicken or red meat with veggies (I have the luxury of loving raw vegetables so I eat all kinds of stuff here)

Turkey tacos (tacos with 93/7 ground turkey).

Sous vide fatty burger at 50C for 30 min. Salt. Eat.

I basically stopped eating breakfast

You're like a little baby. I only eat dinner and I only do it once every three days.

fuck mirin gains, I'm mirin the mere fact that y'all have the time to prepare such insane meals several times a day
even a fuckin omelette takes me at least 15 minutes to prepare, and that's if the egg shells are kind to me

Get chicken bone broth.
Canned Chicken.
Throw in some veggies and noodles.

Homemade chicken noodle soup with upped protein.

>y'all have the time to prepare such insane meals several times a day
I don't. I make them once a month and freeze them.

>>Canned Chicken.

it amazes me that companies like this even bring in enough money to continue making canned whole chickens.

That one actually looks like a chicken. The ones on The Wolfe Pit's youtube channel were just shredded blobs.

Canned chicken breast chunks tho is what I meant.

only reason I do that is because I work out in the mornings now and having any reminsce of food in me makes me nauseous.

Also I got food poisoning from a school cafeteria breakfast sausage like 3 years ago and basically stopped getting breakfast after that.

Kek, do you even lift? Unlikely.

Through...? THROUGH?!?

Scrambled eggs with some veggies on the side and a cup of yogurt/milk, mayb cheese also, tuna and veggies for brekfast

either a veggie or tuna sandwich or some rice and steamed vegetables if I packed some

rice and vegetables, eggs, or meat for dinner

I snack on fruit during the day if i get hungry

Why not cut it up yourself? it's cheaper for me that way

No reason you cant. Probably would make for better soup too. I usually just buy a few cans from costco when I go for the convenience of having it ready to go on a whim.

Its a great 'holdover' meal to make. Its warm, savory, with the right broth/chicken/noodles its got decent protein, and its relatively low in calories compared to other cheap/quick/easy to make in bulk kinds of meals.

protip: buy breast with the bone and use the bones to make soup

lentils with a bag of mixed pre-cut vegetables.

>mayonaise
absolutely disgusting

...

bag of frozen white fish/cod/salmon/haddock - usually about 4 fillets

two fish cakes

fill a bowl full of frozen mixed veg and microwave it

houmous

eat this every day

Basically this, with different spices not to kill myself.

t. nigger

Nice

Cut up half an onion and a small piece of garlic. Throw that shit in a skillet with some olive oil. Add half a head of broccoli. Add only salt and pepper. Eat with rye bread and gouda cheese.

Fry some onion in a skillet, crack open 3-6 eggs depending on intended calorie intake. Sprinkle on some garlic. Season with salt, pepper, basil, organo and marjoram. Eat on rye bread. Add cheese if desired. Can be combined with above broccoli recipe.

Heat up two skillets with olive oil and a pot of water with salt. Use one skillet for the broccoli recipe above, throw a pound of chicken breast in the other one. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, basil and marjoram. Dice 2 tomatos. Don't cook the broccoli too long or it'll become soggy and soft (you might like it, I prefer to be able to chew it). Add the tomatos a minute or two before the broccoli is done. Once it's done, put it on the side. Water in the pot should be cooking now. Add half a pound of wholegrain pasta. Cook until done. Cut up the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Mix pasta, veggies and chicken. Chop up another piece of garlic, add to the mix. Can be eaten cold or warm. With 250 g pasta, 500 g chicken breast, 1/2 head of broccoli and 2 tomatos you should be good for 2-3 meals. I'm on a cut right now, I basically divide the whole thing up into 3 equal-sized portions for 3 lunches. Each of those should be around 1500 kcal.

Quinoa, rice, chicken and tuna...

>egg white omelette
What do you do with the yellows?

I buy cartons of egg whites.

You amaze me.

Freedom, baby

I do that sometimes too desu. It's easier to get a lot of egg protein without the fat so I can get fat somewhere else too, like peanut butter

oats, fruit, egg and toast for breakfast, meat/fish brown rice and veggies lunch, meat/fish sweet potato and veggies supper. Takes no time at all. Made fish stew for a change this evening for a change. 1 onion 4 cloves garlic, 1 chili. carrot - fry for 2 mins. Add fish,. add a bit of water, add parsley, thyme, basil. 1 tomato and broccoli. boil with lid on for 4 mins. eat with rice.

I used to eat tuna, but now I eat sardines because they're very similar in nutrition but they have substantially less mercury, so I could eat a lot more, more often

The downside is they're kind of nasty on their own

>eating food contaminated by corpses
>current year
toppity kekkity

Drink my own spunk to kickstart my day, after that I drive my tractor down to the cow manure lake. Really hard to move through but I have boots and shit so its not so bad. Usually the kettlebells have sank a few feet into the shit so I have to fish them out and then my workout begins.

>current year
>not knowing virtually everything you eat was alive at some point

you are a corpse until proven otherwise

That is what I do but with no tuna

>plants have corpses

wait, what? you want me to prove that i'm alive?

>Live in america
>Still cant eat enough

what do you think tuna salad is made with?

nice.

mustard and relish because I'm not a fatass

prepare a good amount of a lot of different beans and freeze them or keep some in the fridge for the week. have stocks of washed vegetables ready to eat. canned tuna. 2 kinds of cereals and milk, bread and 6 different spreads like nut butters, cheeses, honey, smoked turkey for sandwiches. some fruits. try not to eat the same type of food twice to prevent idiotic binges and be responsible

I typed any entire damn thing and lost it. Quick version

-pre cooked frozen chicken rules. Cooks quick, can be done in the micro, don't need to cut it, don't need to clean up like handling raw meat. Get the one with NO spices added. Pure chicken.
-fake chorizo: chicken, chili powder, garlic, oregano, salt, red pepper flakes or paste, cooking vinegar
-good Japanese flavor is 1tbsp soy sauce + 1tbsp mirin (sweetened cooking sake). I usually mix chicken, veg, and cabbage, plus that sauce combo
-lazy wraps: tortilla, chicken, and anything you want. Lettuce, cabbage, beans, cheese, salsa, tomato, onion, mushroom, anything. Nuke the frozen chicken and it's fast.

First eggs, sardines, and oysters, then my cut of thawed frozen salmon, then canned chopped spinach. One pan. Canned food is your friend.

eat a serving of dickmeat

Shakshuka is literally a base of tomatoes and eggs, and you can add spices and other shit to play around with it
It's pretty damn easy, and you only need a single skillet/pan for it

>Sautee fragrants (garlic, onion) in some olive oil
>add whatever else you want to sautee- bell peppers, mushrooms, spinach etc
>add tomato paste + diced tomatoes (either hand cut or canned) and bring to simmer for up to 7 minutes
>add whatever spices you want, dried pepper if you want spice, salt and pepper
>crack eggs directly into the pan and simmer until done to your liking
Over easy-to-medium is generally preferred but up to you
>garnish to your liking

All in all about 20 minutes of preparing and cooking and it can be a pretty hearty meal

The best part is you can eat it right out of the pan, no plates required

i don't know men.
I stopped eating red meats , just chicken and pork in small portions

often fill my tummy with water , or tea.
some times i drink hot cocoa so i can have some sugar in the body.

never cook with natural oil , just those oil spray , if it can be made without oil then that's better.

no sugar if possible , no salt if possible no mayonesse , ketchup or any other.

fuckin grilled/baked chicken thigh or breast (if breast grilled is the only option) salt pepper garlic cayenne chili

egg whites + hotsauce with salt mixed together in a bowl

jerk off into the bowl for the gametogains

my lunch is this
>chicken marinated with garlic, soy sauce, tea spoon of lime juice, sriracha and rosemary
>potatoes+parmesan cheese
>aspargus+brocoli+carrots+cauliflower with some truffle olive oil
or for the meat i eat some
>Filet Mignon seared with butter and garlic or some salmon

This is my go to meal. hillshirefarm.com/recipes/dinner/easy-smoked-sausage-skillet
Can be replaced with chicken or shrimp. The shrimp tasted so good. I make this throughout the week and haven't gotten sick of it yet. I did experiment using tomato paste with water instead of tomato sauce.. No. Stick to tomato sauce lol. I also add mushrooms. Yummy.

...

Fucking white people are disgusting WTF

A whole chicken in a can is fucking sub human, delete your fucking post rn.

Thoughts on those whole cooked chickens from major grocery stores that are $4.95?

I think I'll aim for one of those a week for convenience sake.

Most convenient 100g of protein available brody.

they're usually pretty fucking good too

Once or twice a week I chop up some tomatoes, peppers, and onions. Every morning I cook some of the onions, peppers, and tomatoes in a pan, throw in some kale, then scramble it all together in three eggs. It's absolutely delicious, healthy, and takes like ten minutes. Sometimes I put some cheese on top.

...

So, menemen?

this is fucking delicious
you can do something similar with eggs and peas too

both are traditional disheres where I live

Boil Rice, Open can of tuna. Mix the two. Add in corn (usually canned too), half an avocado (diced) nuts of choice (prefer peanuts) and a table spoon of oil.
It's easy, fast and tastes goods.

that sounds amazing. More power to you bro.

Do not eat tilapia. It's a trash fish and is fed sewage and offal.

They literally feed it actual feces.

German here, theres a discounter called ALDI here where i buy:
1. Rice/Vegetable mix bag
2. some meat
3. some sauce
thats a warm meal done in 15minutes
for breakfast/dinner i just eat some dark bread/eggs/oatmeal
That getts boring but itll do whenever i cant be arsed to actually cook

Another German here

Aldi in Deutschland is very solid

My main dinner is grilled chicken breast on top of pasta with pasta sauce and broccoli

Takes me 45 minutes to cook the perfect meal

Get yourself some tuna, mix it in a salad or toss it on a sandwhich with some spinach and whatever else you want. Cheap as fuck and tastes not too bad.

>It tastes disgusting but it's pretty tasty desu

WHAT????

I've got one of those precision cooker things, it's pretty fire and forget

>Set chicken to cook for 1.5 hours, then keep warm
>Set rice cooker to make rice, then keep warm
>Go to gym
>Come back, chicken and rice are ready
>Microwave frozen bag of vegetables

Done.

If I'm feeling fancy I'll bake fresh vegetables in the oven with just a little bit of olive oil and salt.

Lazy tacos

1 lb ground beef
Small onion diced
Can of whole black beans
Small potato diced
Tortillas
Avacodo
Whatever spices tickle your pickle

Sautee diced onion and potato until they start to turn brown. Add beef, can of beans and spices. Cook everything for about 10 minutes. Scoop into tortillas and add avacodo slices or whatever else you like. When I make this I've you usually cooked, eaten and washed my dishes in less than an hour.

C'MON OP

Tuna, frozen vegetables, rice, eggs and soy sauce in a pan.

Veeky Forums here, with a warning

you're getting meme'd on hardcore by foodporn. the level of artistry and photographic skill in taking these photos & editing them in post is crushing your will to cook for yourself and you don't even know how psychically bullied you even are. Think about how good Burger King menu pictures are, versus the chum they actually serve you. Don't buy into the goddamn hype! these pictures are sexualizing food and presenting you with unrealistic imagery.

Just Like Make Food

Best lunch:
Can of sardines (in water, mustard, hot sauce not oil).
Pile of homemade sauerkraut
Raw beet
Crushed raw garlic
Mustard

Fucking delicious and androgenic

Nibba who actually expects their food to look as good as the imagery used to advertise them. In all honesty the more squashed, melted looking real burger makes me hungrier than the fake photoshop perfect ones.

That's a strong bunch of flavours there.

While you're right about the presentation aspect of food, it's hard to mess up scrambled eggs with veggies and they taste fucking delicious regardless of how they look.

Im at school so eating at regular times is tough, I eat low-fat yogurt and maybe a small muffin for breakfast, protein bar during class and late lunch/dinner at 5~ 8~ respectively. Lunch and dinner are usually something like 1 shake (mass gainer), 1/2 - 1 lb meat (ground beef, chicken breast, occasionally pork) 2-3 vegetables in equal amounts. I don't snack a lot and when I do its something like radishes, crackers with cheese, or fruits. Rarely any junk (1 time a week if at all). I've been wondering if this is a bad diet for a while now, and I've started having stomach aches for about a week and generally feel disgusting when eating meat. Looking for any advice, thinking of maybe cutting down on the shakes or moving over to pescetarian type diet, thanks for shitting on me in advance.

sorry for bad formatting

Yes. I weigh everything out. I've lost 75lbs so far. Want 35 more. I'm doing about 2300 calories a day, at least 150g of protein, no more than 140g carbs.

How long did it take to drop that weight and what were your staring stats?
I wanna lose about 13 to 15lbs in 2 or 3 months. I'm 5'10 about 180lbs now.

>Aldi

Is Aldi better in Europe than it is in the US? There are a few here in my city and they're all fucking gross (even compared to normal American standards).

I'm Australian and we have aldi now and all the fresh produce is trash compared to Australian home stores. They're good for cheap packaged stuff though.
I would imagine being a European company maybe it is better in Europe.

>the fresh produce is trash compared to Australian home stores
That's my main complaint. The produce "section" is like the size of a walk-in closet. The product section of my normal grocery store is literally bigger than the entirety of the Aldi.

HOW THE FUCK AM I SUPPOSED TO CONSUME 1g OF PROTEIN PER 1lb OF MY BODYWEIGHT

THIS IS FUCKING IMPOSSIBLE

IM NOT EVEN THAT HEAVY IM 6'4 AND WEIGH 160 YET I STILL CANT GET ENOUGH PROTEIN. NOT EVEN ALL THE CHICKEN AND EGGS IN THE WORLD COULD SUSTAIN ME
