I'm trying to gain weight, part of the reason why I set them that high. Other reasons are that fat is underrated in terms of general health, and has many benefits provided it's "healthy" fat.

Obviously, what constitutes healthy fat is up for debate, as for me, I try to consume fat that's processed the least, lard, butter, extra virgin olive oil etc. Although most of the fat I had yesterday (image) had come from PB.
