Once you're in ketosis just go on really long walks to preserve muscle and burn pretty much just fat. Each mile is like 100cals and it's pure fat for the most part and easy as fuck.

18/6 is definitely IF, anything over 12 hours without eating already triggers ketosis and if you spend 6 hours on ketosis then you are definitely fasting. However, that guy said he stops eating at 10pm and resumes at 9am, I am not sure if he did a typo or something but that's definitely not fasting, that's what any normal human does.

I've mainly been doing OMAD, with some 48hrs on weekends over a couple of months, but I did it bros. My insulin resistance seems to be totally gone. I'm able to eat a moderate amount of carbs and sugar, and have a lot of foods I used to love again (in moderation of course), and still lose weight at the same pace. I used to hopelessly hold onto weight when I ate any carbs that weren't vegetables, not to mention water retention. Now I can make myself a nice beef and egg rice bowl and still lose a pound overnight. Thanks guys.

I eat one meal per week. I pig out on meat, cheese, fats, until it hurts [which isn't all that much food any longer, actually]. I have a glass of whole raw milk with the meal.
I checked with keto sticks after my last feed and my urine ketones never dropped, so that glass of milk must not have been enough to majorly stop ketosis.
I work in an IT job but use a standing desk. Standing all day for work isn't a problem.
I did do some outdoor heavy activity and I was sucking wind really, really hard. I felt faint and got scared and had some fruit.
Here is what I can share 1) multi-day fasting really works 2) use snake juice 3) don't cheat. don't eat. 3a) if you do fuckup, fine. just resume fasting. as long as you are fasting more days than you are eating, you'll succeed. 4) don't do heavy physical activity 5) make yourself drink snake juice every day even if you don't think you need to 6) go to bed earlier, get more sleep 7) it feels absolutely great to notice your clothes fitting differently 8) it feels great to have people ask me if I am losing weight

I was 262lb on october 1st, I've done two fasts, a 43 day fast and 24 day fast, Im currently 196 pounds, (went down to 186 on breaking the 24 day fast 3 days ago, gained like 7-8 pounds in water weight)
It was very much worth fasting, I never would have expected to lose this much so quickly.
